Description

Zamm placement contribue au succès de ses clients du secteur manufacturier en leur offrant des services de placement permettant de les épauler dans tous leurs projets d’acquisition. Zamm placement est une entreprise de recrutement spécialisée dans les services de placement de personnel gravitant autour de la sphère administrative, du transport et de la logistique, des métiers spécialisés ainsi que des opérations manufacturières. Pour notre client qui est une agence de voyage. Nous sommes à la recherche d'une conseillère voyage compétente et expérimentée pour rejoindre notre entreprise de tourisme. Le candidat idéal devrait être passionné par les voyages et être en mesure de créer des expériences uniques pour nos clients.

Responsabilités

  • Fournir des conseils de voyage personnalisés à nos clients en fonction de leurs besoins et préférences
  • Créer des itinéraires de voyage complets, y compris la réservation de vols, d'hébergements, de visites guidées et d'autres activités
  • Faire des recommandations de destinations, d'hébergements et d'activités en fonction des tendances du marché et des préférences des clients
  • Gérer les réservations et les paiements des clients
  • Fournir un excellent service client tout au long du processus de réservation et de voyage
  • Gérer les plaintes et les problèmes de manière professionnelle et efficace

Profil requis

  • Expérience avérée en tant que conseillère voyage
  • Connaissance approfondie des destinations populaires et des tendances du marché
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression et à gérer plusieurs projets à la fois
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en service client
  • Aptitude à travailler en équipe
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français (la maîtrise d'autres langues est un atout)
