Description

Le ou la chargé.e de projets est responsable de la production des outils de communication marketing imprimés. Il ou elle assiste la vice-présidente marketing, communications et partenariats et l’équipe de Vélo Québec dans la réalisation des objectifs de communication marketing. Il ou elle coordonne les projets de production imprimée et la distribution des magazines et livres. Il ou elle est responsable de l’élaboration et du respect des échéanciers ainsi que du suivi des budgets alloués à la production des différents outils de communication imprimés.

Responsabilités

 
  • Coordonner l’ensemble des productions de tous les outils promotionnels reliés aux événements, voyages, programmes et services de Vélo Québec ;
  • Contribuer à assurer la visibilité de Vélo Québec, en cohérence avec son image de marque, dans les événements et activités ;
  • Établir et gérer les calendriers et les échéanciers de production, d’impression et de distribution des outils de communication, des produits dérivés, des magazines, des livres et des guides ;
  • Gérer le processus d’appel d’offres, les soumissions et la négociation des ententes avec les fournisseurs, distributeurs et imprimeurs ;
  • Superviser chaque étape du processus de production afin que les échéanciers et les normes de qualité soient respectés, autant à l’interne qu’à l’externe ;
  • Assurer les suivis à l’interne et auprès des fournisseurs et voir à leur distribution dans les différents réseaux ;
  • Agir comme ressource-conseil auprès de l’équipe pour tous les besoins en production d’outils imprimés ou numériques et émettre des recommandations sur les meilleures solutions d’impression et de distribution ;
  • Gérer tous les concours de Vélo Québec et ses divisions ;
  • Faire des recherches photographiques dans des banques d’images et communiquer auprès des ATR afin d’obtenir des photos libres de droits. Faire respecter les droits associés aux photos ;
  • Tenir à jour les inventaires ;
  • Au besoin, collaborer avec les autres membres de l’équipe pour l’avancement de divers projets.
VOLET ÉDITIONS :
  • Gérer des projets pour les éditions de Vélo Québec, en étroite collaboration avec l’éditeur et les différents acteurs impliqués ;
  • Gérer l’impression et la distribution imprimée et numérique des magazines et livres de Vélo Québec Éditions ;
  • Analyser les différentes options d’impression et de diffusion et faire des recommandations afin d’assurer la meilleure visibilité des magazines et de stimuler leur vente ;
  • Entretenir des relations avec les distributeurs ;
  • Évaluer le coût et coordonner l’insertion des encarts publicitaires dans les magazines.

Profil requis

  • Diplôme universitaire en communications, en marketing ou dans un autre domaine pertinent ;
  • Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience en communication marketing ;
  • Expérience en agence et/ou dans le milieu des éditions est un bon atout ;
  • Compétences développées en gestion de projets ;
  • Excellente capacité rédactionnelle ;
  • Rigueur, autonomie et sens de l’organisation ;
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe, sens collaboratif ;
  • Maîtrise de la Suite MS Office ;
  • Bilinguisme, un atout
