Description

Sous la supervision de la coordonnatrice logistique, le ou la responsable parcours du Tour la Nuit est en charge de toutes les opérations relatives à la sécurité des participants sur le parcours de l’événement.
  • Statut : Temporaire (20 semaines)
  • Entrée en fonction : 16 janvier 2023
  • Horaire de travail : 4 à 5 jours/semaine
  • Superviseur immédiat : Coordonnatrice logistique

Responsabilités

  • Élaborer et présenter le service d’ordre pour les besoins des fermetures de rues (marche du parcours, carte de positionnement des policiers et bénévoles, etc.).
  • Créer et mettre à jour la carte logistique parcours.
  • Produire et présenter les cahiers des charges pour les intervenants municipaux et de la
  • Ville de Montréal afin de rendre le parcours adéquat et sécuritaire (réfection de la chaussée, enlèvement de mobilier urbain, etc.) et effectuer le suivi des demandes.
  • Établir les besoins en matériel, en bénévoles, en communications techniques et remplir les bons de réquisitions s’y rattachant.
  • Établir les besoins en signalisation et avis de fermeture de rues.
  • Superviser l’élaboration des feuilles d’assignation des chefs d’opération, des policiers et des bénévoles.
  • Superviser l’élaboration et la production des plans de déviation automobile.
  • Mettre à jour la base de données des commerces prioritaires.
  • Préparer les capsules vidéo de formation des bénévoles du parcours (minutage, tâches, etc.) et former les équipes spéciales.
  • Réaliser le minutage des opérations du parcours.
  • Remplir les demandes de permis de fermetures de rues.
  • Le jour de l’événement, coordonner la fermeture des rues sur le parcours.
  • Utiliser les outils de travail collaboratif en place.
  • Toutes autres tâches connexes demandées par le superviseur immédiat.

Profil requis

  • Diplôme d’études collégiales dans un domaine pertinent ;
  • Expérience en organisation d’événements ;
  • Excellent sens de l’orientation ;
  • Souci du détail, sens de l’organisation et des priorités ;
  • Très bonne capacité d’adaptation au changement ;
  • Détenir un permis de conduire classe 5 valide;
  • Connaître la suite Office, Teamwork, File Maker et AirTable, un atout ;
  • Connaître les fonctionnalités de création de cartes dans Google Maps et Ride with GPS, un atout.
