Description

Notre client est une compagnie privée québécoise composée de passionnés, de gens fiers et dévoués. C’est une entreprise qui s’est taillée une réputation et une place enviable au sein du milieu maritime québécois et canadien et qui vise le monde. Notre client est à la recherche d’un ou d’une spécialiste marque employeur et attraction de talents pour renforcer son équipe. Relevant du Vice-Président, vous assurerez le volet attraction et recrutement et veillerez au développement, à l’élaboration et à l’implantation de stratégies RH et de communications nécessaires au succès des objectifs d’affaires de la corporation et de ses unités d’affaires en lien avec le recrutement.

Responsabilités

  • Élaborer et mettre en place des stratégies d’attraction des talents adaptées aux différentes réalités du groupe ;
  • En collaboration avec le VP RH, définir le budget de recrutement ;
  • Piloter le processus d’embauche complet en collaboration avec les techniciens en ressources humaines;
  • Effectuer de la chasse de têtes pour des profils de candidats précis; Participer au déploiement du SIRH;
  • Conseiller et soutenir les gestionnaires dans différents dossiers touchant la planification des besoins de ressources, la définition des compétences recherchées et l’attraction des meilleurs talents ;
  • Élaborer une stratégie RH de communication;
  • Maximiser la politique de recrutement de l’entreprise par un marketing RH dynamique ;
  • Superviser de façon active la présence de l’entreprise sur les réseaux sociaux ;
  • Participe à des activités sur les carrières et professions, des foires de l’emploi ou à d’autres activités…;
  • Développer et entretenir des partenariats avec les écoles, cégeps, universités et aussi différentes associations professionnelles;
  • En collaboration avec l’équipe RH, maintenir une veille sur l’état des différents marchés de l’emploi où l’entreprise opère, et ce, tant au niveau national qu’international.

Profil requis

  • Baccalauréat en Gestion des Ressources Humaines ou en administration;
  • Minimum de 3-7 ans d’expérience;
  • Membre de l’Ordre des CRHA (atout);
  • Expérience au sein d’une entreprise de juridiction fédérale (atout);
  • Connaissance et maîtrise des logiciels MS Office;
  • Bonne maitrise des réseaux sociaux;
  • Bilingue.
