Notre client est un groupe hôtelier présent sur l’ensemble du Canada. Plus qu’un groupe hôtelier, c’est une entreprise familiale canadienne qui s’appuie sur l’expertise de trois générations d’une même famille. Reconnue pour son accueil exceptionnel et pour le style unique qui caractérise ses hôtels, l’entreprise a le vent dans les voiles et continue de grandir, avec aujourd’hui pas moins de 18 hôtels et plusieurs établissements en construction ! Afin de renforcer l’équipe, nous sommes à la recherche d’un conseiller ou d’une conseillère en ressources humaines. Serez-vous cette personne ? Sous la direction de la vice-présidente, vous apporterez soutien et conseil aux gestionnaires et à la direction dans la saine gestion des ressources humaines. Vous les accompagnerez dans la gestion des relations de travail, la gestion de la performance, la rémunération globale et plusieurs autres tâches.

Responsabilités

  • Gestion d’une équipe de deux personnes;
  • Assurer un rôle conseil et accompagner les gestionnaires en ce qui a trait aux relations de travail, l’interprétation des conventions collectives et des différentes lois et règlementations en vigueur ;
  • Préparer et participer aux négociations de convention collective ;
  • Assurer la supervision et un rôle conseil dans la saine gestion des dossiers de santé et sécurité ;
  • Contribuer à la mise en place et assurer la mise à jour des structures salariales ;
  • Participer au développement et la coordination du programme de rémunération globale ;
  • Planifier et participer aux exercices de maintien de l’équité salariale ;
  • Encadrer le processus d’évaluation de la performance ;
  • Assurer le développement, la mise à jour et la diffusion des politiques et des procédures de gestion des ressources humaines ;
  • Participer à l’amélioration continue des processus.

Profil requis

  • Diplôme universitaire en relations industrielles ou en gestion des ressources humaines ;
  • 8 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire ;
  • Une expérience dans un environnement syndiqué ;
  • Habileté en coaching et en accompagnement;
  • Excellente écoute;
  • Excellent sens de l’organisation et de la gestion des priorités;
  • Bilinguisme (français et anglais).
