Description

Spécialiste des relations publiques et gouvernementales, notre client s'est donné pour mission de mettre son expertise au service des organisations qu’il accompagne. Depuis plus de 15 ans, l’entreprise aide ses clients à faire entendre et comprendre les projets qu’ils développent grâce à son équipe de professionnels expérimentés et ses conseillers affiliés réputés. Pour compléter son équipe de Québec, notre client est à la recherche d’un adjoint administratif ou d’une adjointe administrative. En collaboration étroite avec la Vice-Présidente, la personne sera en charge de la gestion administrative du bureau afin de soutenir l’équipe dans la réalisation des mandats.

Responsabilités

  • Gérer les appels et courriels reçus ;
  • Soutenir la réalisation de certains mandats en participant à la rédaction, la présentation et la transmission de textes, données et graphiques ;
  • Participer activement à l’organisation et la gestion de réunions et événements ;
  • Réaliser les documents relatifs à ces rencontres ainsi que différents documents administratifs ;
  • Gérer les tâches et dossiers administratifs corporatifs ;
  • Coordonner la mise à jour des listes d’invitation, des envois, des relances et des réservations ;
  • Réaliser des veilles médias et informationnelles pour le bureau ; Assurer l’amélioration continue de la gestion de l’administration générale.

Profil requis

  • DEP ou DEC en administration ou bureautique ;
  • 1 an d’expérience pertinente ;
  • Compétences en informatique (MS Word, Excel et PowerPoint)
  • Excellente maîtrise du français écrit ;
  • Grand sens de l’organisation, rigueur et souci du détail ;
  • Maîtrise de Quickbook (atout) ;
  • Anglais (atout).
