Responsabilités

  • Analyser des demandes d’approvisionnement ;
  • Élaborer les appels d’offres ;
  • Analyser la conformité des soumissions ;
  • Faire la préparation de l’échéancier et de la grille d’évaluation ;
  • Faire l’analyse financière au soutien de la recommandation pour l’octroi du contrat ;
  • Effectuer divers suivis en cours de contrat.

Profil requis

  • BAC en administration option gestion des approvisionnements ou gestion des opérations et de la logistique
  • 2 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire ;
  • Connaissance des appels d’offres et des lois sur les cités et les villes ;
  • Expérience dans un environnement public ou municipal ;
  • Accrédité par l'Association de la gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement (atout)
  • Connaissance d’Oracle (un atout) ;
  • Être membre de l’Association de la gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement (AGCA) (un atout).
