Notre client est un leader dans le transport par personne au Québec. Il s’est démarqué par son innovation et son expansion en ouvrant de nouvelles zones desservies et en proposant des services de qualité. Notre client est à la recherche d’un ou d’une Spécialiste en recrutement et ressources humaines, vous collaborez avec les gestionnaires afin de les soutenir principalement dans le recrutement et, ponctuellement, dans les projets connexes.

Responsabilités

  • Assurer le processus complet de dotation : affichage, recrutement, sourcing, sélection, entrevue ;
  • Assister la conseillère RH dans ses activités quotidiennes ;
  • Communiquer les informations pertinentes aux autres départements concernant les activités des ressources humaines
  • Effectuer les suivis auprès des autres départements ;
  • Collaborer à la gestion des dossiers de la CNESST ainsi qu’aux activités reliées à la santé et sécurité ;
  • Contribuer à la promotion de la marque employeur ;
  • Participer à des événements de recrutement comme les foires d’emploi ;

Profil requis

  • Études collégiales ou universitaires en ressources humaines ou expérience pertinente en recrutement ;
  • Bonne capacité d'adaptation ;
  • Capable de travailler de manière organisée et autonome ;
  • Excellente capacité relationnelle.
