Responsabilités

  • Planifier les voyages (départs et retours)
  • Assurer le support téléphonique pour les chauffeurs des différentes problématiques rencontrées par les chauffeurs sur la route
  • Effectuer le suivi et solutionner efficacement les problèmes reliés à la planification opérationnelle
  • Répartir les chauffeurs et leurs fournir les renseignements et les documents nécessaires pour les voyages à effectuer
  • Négocier l'achat de voyages aux quotidiens (link) selon les besoins des opérations quotidiennes
  • Optimiser les opérations pendant la journée et gérer les changements d'assignations
  • Effectuer et faire le suivi du dédouanement des voyages entrants et sortants
  • S'assurer du respect de la réglementation des douanes, des heures de service, charges & dimensions et diverses lois & règlementations en vigueur
  • Autres tâches connexes.

  • Excellente approche clients
  • Relation interpersonnelle et travail d'équipe
  • Compétent dans la négociation avec les différents intervenants
  • Polyvalent et débrouillard
  • Sens des responsabilités et de l’organisation
  • Très bon sens de l’analyse, d’observation et de jugement
  • Effectue son travail avec rigueur et précision
