Description

Nous embauchons un(e) Directeur(trice) d’ingénierie et développement motivé avec une expérience de délégation jusqu’à 10 membres du personnel subalterne ou plus. Le(la) candidat(e) retenu(e) accompagnera son équipe pour le développement et l’innovation de nouveaux produits propriétaires.   Il travaillera aussi directement avec les clients pour s’assurer que les produits livrables respectent la portée et le budget applicables. Il ou elle assurera la coordination avec les autres départements pour s’assurer que tous les aspects de chaque projet soient compatibles et il ou elle embauchera de nouveaux talents au besoin pour répondre aux besoins du client. Responsabilités

Sous la supervision du V-P Opération, le ou la titulaire est responsable de :
  • Accompagne et participe avec son équipe dans le développement de nouveaux produits.
  • Déléguer les tâches du projet en fonction des forces individuelles, des compétences et des niveaux d’expérience des membres du personnel subalterne.
  • Suivre le rendement du projet, en particulier pour analyser l’atteinte des objectifs à court et à long terme.
  • Atteindre les objectifs budgétaires et ajuster les contraintes du projet en fonction de l’analyse financière.
  • Élaborer des plans de projet complets qui seront partagés avec les clients et les autres membres du personnel.
  • Rencontrer les clients pour prendre des notes de commande détaillées et clarifier les exigences spécifiques de chaque projet.
  • Utiliser et développer continuellement des compétences en leadership.

Profil requis

  • Baccalauréat en génie mécanique ou génie industriel ou formation et expérience pertinente;
  • Expérience de 5 à 10 ans comme chargé(e) de projet en relation avec des clients;
  • Excellente capacité à vulgariser les éléments complexes des projets auprès de ses clients;
  • Le candidat doit faire preuve d’un fort leadership, d’autonomie, de rigueur, de professionnalisme et avoir une forte capacitée d’analyse et de résolution de problème jumelées à une expérience démontrée en gestion de projets;
  • Il détient une expérience dans la lecture des plans 2D et 3D et est habile avec la suite Microsoft Office;
  • La connaissance des moules à injection, des matières plastiques et du logiciel Solid Works constituent un atout important;
  • Le travail d’équipe est une priorité pour lui, le souci du service à la clientèle, la capacité à travailler sous pression avec des échéanciers sont des qualités importantes.  À cela s’ajoute le bilinguisme anglais – français.
