Description

Sous la direction du chef du département, le Soudeur assemble des composantes neuves afin de bâtir des unités de puissance hydrauliques sur mesure pour nos clients.

Responsabilités

Plus spécifiquement le soudeur aura à : Soudure (40%)
  • Préparer le fer (couper, percer, souder).
  • Soudure de supports et autres petites soudures
Fabrication d’unités de puissance (40%)
  • Analyse de plans hydrauliques afin de réaliser la fabrication des unités de puissance
  • Identifier les étapes de travail à effectuer
  • Identifier et réquisitionner le matériel requis
  • Montage et assemblage de composantes mécaniques, hydrauliques et pneumatiques
  • Montage et fabrication de réseaux en tubes, tuyaux et boyaux hydrauliques
  • Emballage et préparation pour livraison
  • Apporter son soutien à d’autres départements au besoin
Tests (20%)
  • Vérifier le fonctionnement des produits
  • Exécuter les tests fonctionnels du produit
  • Tests hydrauliques sur banc d’essai et correctifs au besoin

Profil requis

FORMATION ET EXPÉRIENCE
  • DEP en soudage-montage ou mécanique industrielle ou mécanique d’engins de chantier, DEC en maintenance industrielle peut être un atout.
  • 2 à 5 années d’expérience en soudure.
  • Aime le travail d’équipe
  • Organisé
  • Aime résoudre des problèmes
  • Aime le travail physique
  • Connaissances de l’hydraulique et de la pneumatique, UN ATOUT MAJEUR
