Description

Sous la responsabilité du directeur de l’ingénierie, le (la) titulaire du poste est responsable de la bonne marche des opérations d’usine au point de vue technique ainsi que de l’amélioration de la productivité via l’optimisation des procédés.

Responsabilités

Participer activement aux projets d’amélioration continue afin d’optimiser la production et de réduire les coûts; Agir comme personnel ressource en cas de problèmes techniques reliés aux opérations manufacturières; Développer et optimiser les équipements de production en utilisant les technologies de pointe, et ce, afin d’améliorer leur efficacité; Modifier les équipements pour les rendre conformes aux normes de « Sécurité des machines; Participer aux analyses et déploiements des projets d’aménagement dans l’usine; Déterminer les méthodes optimales, tout en réduisant les activités à non-valeur ajoutée; Effectuer des audits internes afin d’assurer l’application et le suivi des normes de qualité, autant sur produits finis, processus et procédures de travail. Fournir une assistance technique aux départements des approvisionnements ainsi que de la qualité lors de la sélection et de l’introduction des composantes achetées. Élaborer la documentation technique reliée aux produits existants, procédés et équipements; Participer à l’introduction de nouveaux produits pour la définition des méthodes de fabrication, l’implantation de nouveaux équipements et outillages, ainsi qu’à la mise en production finale

Profil requis

PROFIL DU TITULAIRE Baccalauréat en génie mécanique ou diplôme d’études collégiales en génie mécanique avec solide expérience en milieu manufacturier; Connaissance de logiciel de gestion manufacturière de type ERP/MRP - Un atout; Connaissance des procédés suivants (Un atout) : mise en forme des métaux; peinture en poudre; procédé du bois; procédé d’assemblage; automatisation et robotique; Connaissance du logiciel CAD SolidWorks ou autres logiciels 3D; Anglais de niveau intermédiaire / avancé.
