Responsabilités

Principales fonctions :
  • Assurer le maintien et la conformité des normes de qualité AS 9100-D et ISO 9001-2015 ;
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les différentes équipes pour rechercher, déterminer, développer et instaurer les meilleures pratiques de qualité de l'industrie afin de réduire les coûts, éliminer la non-qualité, optimiser la performance et satisfaire les exigences des clients ;
  • Effectuer les analyses de risques et les divers rapports analytiques et statistiques ;
  • Assurer le suivi quotidien et intervenir sur les écarts concernant les indicateurs de performance en qualité;
  • Maintenir et améliorer le système qualité et en évaluer l'efficacité afin de le faire évoluer ;
  • Travailler en collaboration avec les employés et ingénieurs dans le but d’assurer la qualité de nos produits finis et de réaliser des projets en vue d’atteindre les objectifs d’affaires.

Profil requis

Exigences :
  • Détenir plusieurs années d’expériences dans un domaine connexe ou pertinent (3 à 5 ans) ;
  • Détenir des connaissances au niveau des normes de qualité AS 9100-D et ISO 9001-2015, des méthodologies de l’assurance qualité et de l'amélioration continue ;
  • Bilinguisme : Français et anglais.
