Description

MANDAT ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS: ·         Assurer une présence soutenue auprès des jeunes (12 à 25 ans) ; ·         Agir comme « filet de sécurité » et comme agent de comportements sains et sécuritaires ; ·

Responsabilités

Mobiliser et accompagner les jeunes dans la réalisation de projets collectifs ; ·         Accueillir, écouter, soutenir et guider les jeunes à passer à travers des difficultés minant leur processus d’inclusion sociale ; Travailler très étroitement avec les partenaires du réseau de la santé et services sociaux ainsi qu’avec ceux du réseau communautaire

Profil requis

·         Détenir un diplôme en sciences sociales ou posséder une solide expérience en lien avec le poste ; ·         Être une personne autonome capable de travailler en collaboration et en partenariat, ayant de la facilité à entrer en contact et en relation avec les jeunes et les parents ; ·         Démontrer des capacités d’organisation, grande disponibilité et flexibilité dans l’horaire de travail ; ·         Capacité d’évaluation des besoins, d’animer des discussions sur différents thèmes, capacité de gérer les conflits et les crises ; ·         Permis de conduire valide et posséder une voiture.

·         Date prévue d’entrée en fonction : octobre 2022 ·         Poste permanent de 35 h / semaine ·          Lieu de travail : Lévis (arrondissement Desjardins)
