Description

MANDAT ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS:   ·         Intervention-accompagnement / mise en place de stratégies pour développer les compétences reliées à l’autonomie, accompagne la personne dans ses démarches, effectue les suivis avec les différents intervenants impliqués au dossier, assure une présence soutenue auprès des personnes en hébergement transitoire, gère les situations de crise, favorise et encourage des attitudes constructives, anime certaines activités de groupe (souper communautaire, etc.) ; ·         Reddition de compte / recueillir et compiler les données nécessaires à la production des rapports faisant état des activités, rédaction de notes évolutives, etc.

Responsabilités

MANDAT ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS:
  • Intervention-accompagnement / mise en place de stratégies pour développer les compétences reliées à l’autonomie, accompagne la personne dans ses démarches, effectue les suivis avec les différents intervenants impliqués au dossier, assure une présence soutenue auprès des personnes en hébergement transitoire, gère les situations de crise, favorise et encourage des attitudes constructives, anime certaines activités de groupe (souper communautaire, etc.) ;
  • Reddition de compte / recueillir et compiler les données nécessaires à la production des rapports faisant état des activités, rédaction de notes évolutives, etc.

Profil requis

EXIGENCES REQUISES :
  • Études collégiales ou universitaires de premier cycle en sciences sociales et posséder de l’expérience en intervention;
  • Être une personne autonome, capable de travailler en collaboration et en partenariat, ayant de la facilité à entrer en contact et en relation;
  • Démontrer des capacités d’organisation, disponibilité et flexibilité dans l’horaire de travail;
  • Capacité d’évaluation des besoins, d’animer des discussions sur différents thèmes, capacité de gérer les conflits et les crises;
  • Posséder des connaissances reliées à la thématique de l’itinérance et la santé mentale;
  • Permis de conduire valide et posséder une voiture.

Avantages & conditions

CONDITIONS :
  • Date prévue d’entrée en fonction : Novembre 2022
  • Contrat à durée indéterminée
  • Poste de 35h / semaine
  • Salaire à partir de 19.70$ /heure + avantages sociaux compétitifs dont une assurance collective payée à 50% par l’employeur
