Responsabilités

UNE JOURNÉE TYPE EN TANT QU’ÉLECTROMÉCANICIEN C’EST :
  • Résoudre les troubles électriques, en identifier la cause et soumettre des solutions ;
  • Ajouter et modifier des programmes d’automates existants ;
  • Effectuer des maintenances électriques sur différent type d’équipement industriel (thermoformeuse et extrudeuse) ;
  • Appliquer les procédures de cadenassage sur chacune des machines ;
  • Participer aux travaux lors de nouvelles installations et soumettre des améliorations au besoin ;
  • Agir à titre de coach avec ses collègues de la maintenance sur le diagnostic électrique ;
  • Participer à l’amélioration de la fiabilité des équipements.

Profil requis

CE QUE NOUS ATTENDONS DE VOUS :
  • Tu possèdes 5 ans et plus d’expérience dans un poste similaire en milieu industriel, combiné à une licence C ;
  • Tu possèdes également un diplôme en électronique industrielle ou en électrodynamique et tu as une forte expérience en électricité et en programmation (PLC/Studio 5000/Beckhoff ;
  • Tu as une bonne connaissance des équipements et tu es capable de lire et d’interpréter des plans ;
  • Tu te démarques par ta facilité à utiliser des outils qui demandent une forte habileté manuelle et ta capacité à intervenir de manière sécuritaire sur une machine sous tension ;
  • Tu es en mesure de créer et modifier des interfaces machines et possède une bonne expérience en automatisation ;
  • De plus, tu possèdes ton coffre à outils complet ;
  • Tu es autonome, débrouillard et responsable ;
  • Tu possèdes une bonne capacité d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes ;
  • Ton énergie positive t’aidera à être reconnu comme un joueur d’équipe sur qui tes collègues pourront compter ;
  • Tu accordes une grande importance à la santé et sécurité dans ton lieu de travail ;
  • Tu es sensible aux risques et tu participes à notre objectif de « zéro accident » ;
  • Petit plus, tu es en plein contrôle lorsque tu travailles sous pression et tu es soucieux du détail et de la qualité des produits.
