Responsabilités

UNE JOURNÉE TYPE EN TANT QU'OPÉRATEUR À L'EXTRUSION C’EST :
  • Assurer l’alimentation en granule de la machine, granuler les retailles de plastique, empiler les feuilles sur la palette et emballer les palettes complétées et les identifier ;
  • Préparer le matériel et les outils pour la production ;
  • Produire les feuilles extrudées en bonne production dans les temps et quantités requises ;
  • Actionner des commandes afin de régler la température, la vitesse et autres conditions ;
  • Nettoyer la machine lorsqu’il y a des changements de matériel et de couleur ;
  • Entretenir les machines et faire des réparations mineures au besoin ;
  • Effectuer la tournée machine (lecture des données, vérification et enregistrement) et identifier les non-conformités dans les mesures de dimension d’une feuille.

Profil requis

CE QUE NOUS ATTENDONS DE VOUS :
  • Tu détiens 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans le domaine combiné à un DEP ou un DEC en plasturgie, en mécanique ou en opération d’équipement de production ;
  • Tu as les connaissances de base en mécanique et en extrusion ;
  • Tu as de l'aisance minimale avec les outils informatiques pour effectuer l’enregistrement des produits dans le système ;
  •  Tu possèdes également de l’expérience reconnue comme opérateur ou assistant-opérateur t’as permis de développer tes compétences en résolution de problèmes ;
  • Tu as de l’expérience dans la conduite de chariot élévateur (un atout, test à réussir après formation).
